    I too eat the same things everyday, I rarely even have to look up point values anymore!
    But hey the number on the scale keeps going down so Im ok with it!

    Morning! I actually took the time last night to plan most of my meals! We're eating at my parents' house tonight, so I have no idea what we're eating.

    B: fiber one honey clusters (4), skim milk (1), hard boiled egg (2), coffee w/creamer (1)
    S: nf yogurt (3), raw almonds (3)
    L: leftover chicken alfredo with whole wheat pasta and broccoli (8)
    S: banana (0), hard boiled egg (2)

  • Morning!  My meals are a little wacky today.  I started lifting weights (P90X) three times/week and as a result, I'm crazy hungry and craving protein.  So until I get to the store and find high protein meal makings, it's sort of a strange mix.  Oh well.

    L: pepperoni (2) mini cheese wheel (2) and chobani (3)  weird right?
