I know there's still a few girls I recognize on here. It's been a few months since I've been on here, but I'm back.
I was frustrated with being on a plateau since November (when WW switched to the new plan), so I kinda gave up. I was eating a payday bar yesterday and it finally hit me. "WHAT AM I DOING?!?!?" I'm pumped and motivated again.
I've gained back a bit. I'm almost back up to my wedding day weight, so I've gained about 7 lbs back. I've maintained my overall loss of over 55 lbs. But I want to nip this in the bud before I gain more!
I've written down some goals and a workout schedule for the next three months, which will be my 1-year anniversary (June 25).
I'm also switched to etools for the next three months as well. So that's a change, not having my meeting there to help me.
