B- cinn apple oatmeal
S- fruit cup
L- healthy choice meal, apple
S- dried cranberries
D- soup and a small sweet potato

E- going to the gym after work

  • Morning everyone!

    B - 2 multigrain waffles with 1/2 tbsp natural PB and 1/2 tsp SF strawberry jelly
    S - mixed berry applesauce
    L - Lean Cuisine Primavera Parmesan Tortellini (forgot to make lunch last night, but not bad at 230 cals)
    S - baby carrots w/ 1/3 LF veggie cream cheese
    D - since we both got home really late last night, cooking our steak tonight with 1/2 c. brown rice and broccoli cheddar side

    E - arms and abs during lunch, 45 minute cardio after work

  • morning- hopefully no more disasters the next few days so I can actually make it to the gym. Last night I got home to a leaking roof. Needless to say, I did not get to the gym.

    b-life, coffee
    l-chobani, apple, stonewall kitchen maple pumpkin butter.
    d-chicken stir fry  (low msg sauce, whole grain rice, boneless-skinless chicken and lots of veggies!)
    s-apple or trail mix.

    e-60 minutes elliptical and arms/abs

    L- lemon garlic chicken, rice, grapes

    D- Grocery store time!  so, no idea, as usual. 

    E- Pushing the grocery cart around, probably.  I've been anti-gym the last couple of weeks, after spending two weekends in a row doing 10+ mile hikes outside.  On the plus side, I've dropped 1.5 lbs.  :-D
