Getting in Shape

Hello! 
I've been lurking this board for a while now.  Decided that it's time to join in and introduce myself.

Info:  We got engaged last Christmas and I knew I wanted to lose some weight but just could not get motivated.  A few days ago I had a freak-out moment when 1- I saw the scale  2- I realized how soon the wedding is coming up (it's in June .. I know I have time, but the year and a half I had to lose weight suddenly dropped to half a year lol).

Goals:  I would like to lose 20-30 pounds.  I'm not in the overweight range, but am not comfortable with how I look or feel currently, and I know I felt my best at 30 lbs lighter than I am right now.  I am 5'8, 160 lbs. 

Plan: low-carb and unprocessed foods, cardio 3-4 times a week, weight lifting 2-3 times a week.
