Getting in Shape


After two weeks of working out, I am happy to report that I lost 4lbs.  It's not a whole lot, but its a start.  I know that this weight won't come off over night, but I am trying to keep myself motivated and focused.  I have completely changed my eating habits and I feel great.  When you change your lifestyle, you feel better about yourself and your confidence level goes through the roof!! Not to say that I didn't already have confidence, bc I was born with it. But  losing weight makes it go even higher.  I have a long way to go...56 lbs, but I know that I can do. Looking forward to seeing what my new body will look like when this journey is over!
