im starting to get into working out again i used to play volleyball and still coach when season is in session however i have gained 30lbs all over my body not just in one area .. how do i get rid of the fat faster i started doing bikram yoga 2 weeks ago and lost 8lbs but is this just water weight or fat ? how can i tell ? .. also any other recommendations i also stopped drinking to cut calorie intake i have survived 2 bday parties so far and still have 2 more to go to !
