Check out Jason McClaren with McClaren Ministries.  I really liked him!

We used Marty from Love Notes and we loved him.  He is a retired Lutheran minister but he will perform whatever ceremony you desire and I'm sure he'd travel wherever he needed to.  Great sense of humor too.
