Morning Ladies!  Katie- Hope you had a great time in the Dells!

L: taco salad- lettuce, lean ground beef, olives, corn, salsa, lf cheese (7); clementine (1)
D: going to the Melting Pot with friends, so I'm sure it'll be way high in points.  Hopefully I can get in a couple extra good workouts to make-up for that.

I'm still using the old points, since I don't know how to use the new system yet and haven't done my free online trial to check it out.  Hopefully I can do that sometime soon.

  • Morning!  We had a great time in the Dells!  The Melting Pot is so delicious, but I'd just eat dessert!  DH left again for a work trip at 3 am and I couldn't get back to sleep so no workout this morning since I had finally just fallen back to sleep.

    S: apple and pineapple (0) with fruit dip (3)
    D: Taco meat (4) lettuce (0) salsa (0) taco shell (1)  cheese (1)

  • Im just started WW again today, I'm hoping for a fresh start, and the new points system seems pretty good. Im just worried with the holidays, but with my wedding less that 290 days away, its time to get serious!

    Breakfast: 2 Cream of wheat (6) and an Apple(0)

    Lunch: Vegtable soup(4), Hershey Dark Chocolate Truffle (3)

    Snack: Natural Almonds(3)

    Dinner: not sure yet, have a chicken rice recipe i think i'll be making

    My downfall w/ww last time was "filling" my points with empty calories...hopefull i'll be able to make better food choices this time!
  • Hey, just started back at WW again.  I signed up for Online this morning and was very surprised to see the new system.  When it said that my target was 29 and 49 flex points, I was shocked.  The second shock came when it said that my banana was 0 points.  But after reading a bit more, I'm excited about these changes!  Here's hoping for a good three months!

    Breakfast: life cereal (3), milk (1), fruit (0)

    Lunch?

    Dinner: leftover cannellonis (11)

    Target: 29

  • I have my first weigh in today...kinda nervous to see how the first week went.  It's still snowing and the weather is yucky, so it's kind of hard to get motivated to do anything.

    attempting to stick to the WW plan today, but I don't have much of a plan yet. I'm still calculating recipes & labels.
