alcoholic drinks-low in WW points?

Hey girls...

Does anyone know any low alcoholic drinks I can get when I go out tomorrow night? I love beer... And I also like frozen drinks. I'm not a huge liquor fan anymore, unless its frozen! :)

Any ideas? Or anyone know of any point values for certain drinks?

I heard michelob ultra are 0pts....

thanks in advance ladies!

Someone just asked the same basic question a couple days ago.  There are some good answers there.

  • Surprisingly, Guinness only has 126 calories per 12 oz serving, making it the lowest calorie dark beer on the market.  Most of the body of it comes from gelatin, so it's satisfying and has a nice flavor to it.  There's also wine, as long as it's in moderation (just like anything else).  That only has about 120-130 per 5oz serving.

Also, with mixed drinks, most of the calories come from the sugary mixers, so go for either diet mixers or straight-up cocktails like gin or vodka martinis (as long as they aren't too big).  If they're mixed right, with quality stuff, you can't go wrong.  It's all about the Tanqueray martinis, if you ask me (any other kind tastes like gasoline).
  • On the new weight watchers plus, alcoholic drinks are no less than 3 points! Even mich. ultra.  They are really encouraging healthy eating (and drinking) habits.
