OK so my whole life I have always been the "skinny one" that everyone's been jealous of. Well now that I am getting older, I am gaining more weight. My wedding is in September. I have a goal of 15 pounds to lose before March, and then keep it off at least until the wedding. Where in the WORLD do I start??!!!??! I have NEVER had to deal with weight lose so I need a little hand! Thanks in advance
