  • I really need to get back to tracking everything...I fell a little off the rails over the holiday.  I was lucky and still somehow lost a pound at my weigh-in on Monday, but I need to keep the momentum going.

    B - Cereal (3); Red Machine Smoothie (4)
    L - Turkey Sandwich on Wheat (10)
    S - Other Half of the Red Machine Smootie (4)
    D - ??

    E - 30-40 minutes of Just Dance (So fun and so exhausting!)

  • Morning!  I also need to get back to tracking everything and not snacking-the Christmas nuts, chocolates, cookies, etc.  Yesterday I hit the cheese and crackers way too hard-what can I say, I'm in Wisconsin :)

    L:  turkey (2) with cheese (3)
    S: 2 clementines (0) pineapple (0) and veggies and dip (2)
    D:  Out with DH.  Grilled shrimp and sauteed calamari (4)  wine (5)

    E: Hopefully the 1 hr elliptical, I'll admit I never did it yesterday.  Must get back on wagon.

  • !Morning! I'm visiting the DH's family in Texas. We're about to eat a late breakfast and I'm nervous. It smells delicious though! hahaha...
