My bridal shower was yesterday and earlier last week I went shopping for a dress to wear to my shower. We had a tragedy last summer (Our apartment caught on fire and we lost everything) so I gained a few pounds during that time. I am 5'4" and about 145lbs. I've been working with a trainer for 8 weeks and been eating extremely healty (I cut out soda and fast food, only eat boneless, skinless chicken breats and turkey as far as meat goes) but I haven't lost a single pound.
I noticed a few weeks ago my pants are fitting better and despite not losing anything, I think I'm just gaining muscle. So back to my dress (sorry I ramble!) I'm normally a size 11 and I was able to buy a size 9! I felt great and had a great time at my shower!!
