Ripped in 30, Week Two, anyone?

Just finished day one of week two. I can't even tell if it was a good work out because I spent almost the entire time trying to figure out how to do the moves! I usually watch the workout the day before I start it so I can get a better idea of what it entails, but I didn't this time so I was totally lost. Too many compound moves, and too much plank!

How did it go for other people?

  • I am doing the 30 day shred, and am on day 6!
Have you seen much difference in yourself with doing Ripped in 30 - I am hoping to complete this after the 30DS

  • I actually did 30ds twice before starting ripped. Unfortunately I didn't see any great results. I lost the same amount of inches and weight as I would have without doing it, so that was really frustrating since I thought it was going to work so well based on how other people said it worked for them. I will say though that my.strength and endurance were a lot better after, but I won't care how many pushups I can do when I still have flabby sausage arms on my wedding day :) As for ripped, I don't think I've been doing it long enough to really notice anything yet, but MAN is it intense! I miss 30ds :) are you seeing results?

  • I just bought ripped in 30, but haven't tried it out yet.  Looking forward to seeing how it goes.  You'll have to keep us updated with how it's working out for you each week.
  • I did day 5 of 30DS yesterday.  While I haven't lost any weight and I still have my tummy pooch, I do feel a little stonger and my endurance is getting better.  So I'm gonna keep with it.  I'm gonna try Ripped when I finish 30DS.

  • I finally got the nerve to try ripped in 30 last night.  My legs felt like jelly when I went out to walk the dogs after.

I've got a long way to go....
  • I'm on week one...crazy! I feel like I'm in relatively good shape (run 1.5 miles 4 x's/week) and doing just the 30 minutes of this wore me out!! I'm definitely excited to keep going and hopefully see results...that is, if I can ever lift my arms again :)
  • Just finished day 2 of ripped(which is big for me, I was worried I wouldn't even be able to stick with it that far!)

I'm surprised that I already felt much better doing it my second day.  Maybe because I've already worked out the kinks from never exercising, plus knowing the moves already a bit helps.
