Workout Accountability: Wednesday!

Happy Wednesday!

I tried to get back into running last night. No bueno.  I made it through my first mile and then was suddenly hit with a massive side cramp.  I  was able to get through 2 miles, then I just speed walked on an incline.  I have no idea what caused the cramping and I'm really frustrated.

Tonight I'll do weights for arms and the elliptical. 

Hope everyone else had a better workout than me!

    That stinks!  Every so often I get a really bad cramp but it's usually my breathing.  By the time I get the cramp though it's usually too late to correct the issue.  I was supposed to run last night but I ended up getting home really late from work.  Had an awful day but luckily FI had dinner waiting when I got home.  Then I bought sour gummy worms to eat away my frustrations.  Oh well, first candy binge in awhile so I'm not that mad about it.  Actually it was nice ;)
  • Didn't work out yesterday because had a dr. appt to get meds for my sinus infection..ugh! Started them today so hopefully I'll feel better soon. Tonight I plan to do strength training in my living room while I watch Tuesday's episode of "what not to wear". :-)

  • Yesterday I showed up at they gym to go to turbo kick and pi yo class.  BOTH were canceled!  I was upset, but stayed and did an hour on the crossramp.

    Tongiht I will be doing a least an hour on the elliptical at my house.

  • Had a great run this morning, well maybe more of a jog but still its always nice when you feel good when you are running! So often I feel like I am just flapping around and stomping my feet like frankenstein trying to run. Lately I have been slowing the speed a little and have been able to increase the mileage comfortably. Eventually I will add speed to the more mileage... but today I got in 6 miles.

    Now I just have to work on the eating but I am getting back into the swing of things.
