TGIF Accountabillity

I was waiting for someone to start...but I guess I will!

I'm so excited it's Friday and I had a great accomplishment this week...my teacher passed around chocolate chip cookies in class on Wednesday to give us a sugar rush and make us pay attention...and I just passed them right by!! :) Yay for the little things!

    I'm glad this week is over.  It's been a giant CF food and health wise.  I plan on catching up on sleep this weekend so that I can finally kick this damned cold.

    B: PB Banana shake w/ protein powder and skim milk, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: Plain FF yogurt w/ protein powder and pecans (ran out of yogurt, so it's only 1/2 as much as normal, so I added a few more pecans)
    L: TBD, turkey wrap maybe?
    S: High protein hot choclate milk.  (ie, chocolate milk w/ a scoop of protein powder, I'm outta cottage cheese)
    D: Turkey Sausages we were supposed to have yesterday.

    E: Stage 1B Workout 7 of NROL4W.

    Stupid PMS, I totally ate a row of Oreo's last night before I even noticed because I was craving something sweet.  Gah.  I might throw in some extra cardio tonight to help make up for that.  We'll see what the HRM reads when I finish lifting.

    HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!!!
    B- 2 eggs (1 without yolk), 2 slices light wheat, 1/2 slice cheese, coffee
    S- Yogurt with grapenuts, grapes
    L- grilled chicken salad with vinagrette
    D- TBD going to a friends house...promising myself I will make healthy choices

    E- back and biceps, 30 min elliptical-NO EXCUSES!

    This has been a long, bad week at work. The future inlaws are coming in town tonight and I really hope they let me cook all weekend instead of eating out.

    L: spinach salad w/ chicken, feta, tomatoes, mush, red pep and light balsamic
    S: hummus w/ carrots and wheat thins

    B - spinach/feta/egg wrap on whole wheat tortilla
    L - veggie burger (toppings TBD - trying to do something healthy) and a side salad with low fat dressing
    D - TBD, going out for cheese and wine (ugh) and maybe something else.

    Not the best day, but honestly, the burger place I'm going for lunch has a TON of calorie bombs. Not too long ago I'd get high fat-high calorie sauce, fried onions and guacamole on my burger, and a side of fries. Now I'm trying to splurge with restraint!

    b - ff greek yogurt, skinny hazelnut latte
    l - luna bar, lite cheddar stick, orange
    s - another lite cheddar stick
    d - chicken, asparagus, quinoa, skim milk
    s - plum, 3 graham crackers

    e - last chance workout upper/lower body sculpt, cardio max, 50 min walking on treadmill (~16 min miles)

    I was really feeling the working out today. No idea why, but I decided to go with it!

    L- Tuna salad sandwich on wheat with 1 slice light cheese, carrot sticks
    S- Tall nonfat ice chai from starbucks
    D- Leftover whole wheat pasta with zuchinni
    S- Watermelon all-fruit popcicle (my new fave from whole foods- delicious and 50 calories).

    E- 1 hour circuit training class at the gym, plus some walking around downtown shopping!
