Getting in Shape

down 3 lbs.

Im finally seeing some weight loss..  Im working out at the gym about 3x a week and everytime I weighed myself I was still the same..  I then just decided to eat more smaller meals and take alot of advice from all u guys on here and did body pump tonight and 3 lbs..  That finally makes me felel better I thought about just giving up...  But now 3 lbs for next weeek is the goal.... Wink
