Yoga DVD Recommendations?

I was going to yoga regularly for a while, and I really like it, but the studio I was going to changed up their whole schedule, and there are now zero classes that I can actually make that are a good fit for me (the late-evening classes are now either very, very advanced or geared towards senior citizens, and I need something in between those two extremes).  I'd like to continue to practice, but am not quite advanced enough to just do it on my own without some kind of instructor.  Any recommendations for good yoga DVDs I can use at home?

Re: Yoga DVD Recommendations?

  • http://www.yogatoday.com/ offers a free class a week or you could get unlimited access for $9.99 a month.

My cable provider used to offer really good On Demand yoga vidoes as well on the exercise on demand channel, so you may want to check that out.

Through that free exercise on demand channel, I found YogaWorks  Body Slim which I loved so much when they took it down for free I bought it on DVD.

    Hope this helps!!!
