About a month ago I posted regarding being frustrated with losing weightfeeling like I was dieting and working out but not losing any weight. On the advice of numerous regulars, I started using the MyFitnessPal app and really trackin what I eat and also making sure I ate enough calories, since I was working out a lot. Turns out I wasnt alway eating enough, and also sometimes eating more than I thought. Since this new initiative, I've lost weight without feeling like I gave up anything and I feel GREAT. I'm only 5'3, so 58 lbs is a lot on me. Ive lost about 8lbs but more importantly, I feel good in my clothes and fit into jeans I haven't worn in a year! Thanks to the regs who gave great advice and gave me the last boost to really get myself in gear. I'm going to keep aiming to lose 710 more, but just wanted to share that plain old tracking calories and exercise no fads here! really do work :
