Tuesday Accountability

Doing this real quick before I run to the photo studio for the day and in Photoshop for the rest. Have a good day everyone!

B - hardboiled egg on multigrain english muffin w/ chipotle LC wedge and 3 slices Oscar Meyer honey ham
L - baby spinach mix w/ grilled citrus marinated chicken, feta, hardboiled egg, red pepper & red pepper parm vinaigrette
S - baby carrots w/ hummus
D - trying out a new recipe - Ham, Cheese and Broccoli stuffed baked potatoes http://tinyurl.com/Ham-CheeseStuffedBakedPotato
S - 100 cal kettlecorn while we decorate and watch the tree get lit at Rockefeller Center and then the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

E - lifting (arms & abs), 1 hr elliptical since I skipped Zumba last night do to a really sore shoulder  :(

    Good morning! Busy class and work day.

    B: Avocado, one slice white bread, lemon yogurt, coffee.
    S: Apple.
    L: Pear, chicken soup.
    S: Banana.
    D: Falafel salad, late-night rice pudding after work.

    E: Nothing but the usual walking all over the place.

    Good morning ladies! It's super rainy and chilly here today. I can feel the motivation leaving me. Ugh..maybe some coffee will help. :)

    B: coffee with almond milk
    S: some leftover tofu scramble
    L: hm veggie soup, maybe some saltines
    S: protein shake (protien powder, banana, almond milk, ice)
    D: veggie Italian sausage stir-fry
    S: oatmeal with almond milk

    E: P90X back and biceps, and maybe some cardio

    Ugggh. I never got rid of sinus infection (it just got a little better then came back full force) so I'm really feeling it today. I almost didn't go to body attack last night but felt better when I was there (maybe all the jumping around loosened my sinuses?).

    B - oatmeal w/ 1/2 banana and pumpkin + coffee
    S - 1/2 banana
    L - whole wheat wrap w/ turkey, hummus, and spinach + vanilla greek yogurt
    S - apple
    D - lean cuisine (it's clean out the freezer week for me too)

    My parents surprise visited on their way back home from Indiana yesterday, so we went to dinner.  I had french onion soup (yum) and a chicken ranch wrap.  Did great, until the french fries.  I had the stomachache to end all stomach aches last night.  Ugh.  Greasy food kills me since I eat so little of it these days.  Better today, thank goodness.

    B- Egg beaters w/onion, sprinkles with parm and a little ketchup.  WW toast with jelly and sortabutnotreally butter.
    S- 100 cal pack.  Forgot my greek yogurt
    L- Chicken soup, salad
    S- Tangerine?
    D-  Something called turkey sausage gnocchi soup.  It looks good.

    E- Gym.  I've tried doing these really tough hill circuits (up to 13% incline!) the last couple of gym trips, and I love them.  I'm trying to completely recover my knee before I try running again, and I'm bored with the elliptical.  Plusalso, I'm hoping to start NROL4W this week!

    S- Peppermint hot cocoa made with skim milk

    E- 1 hour Zumba class

    E - Since I visit my parents on Tuesdays, I will be forcing my Dad out of the house on a walk around the neighborhood!

    L- light raspberry yogurt, string cheese, crackers with PB
    D- Can of soup.. worked all day and then tutored so I got home late
    S- TBD, but probably a little rice pudding
