Has anyone tried the "new" Weight Watchers?

I got an email this morning from WW saying they updated their points program. I was wondering if anyone could offer any insight on how it's different from Points Plus?

All they're doing is adding healthy habits you can track.  Nothing about the points has changed.

I currently do weight watchers and love it! Its not a "diet" but a lifestyle change.  Since I have started I have lost 22lbs and have ran two 5k's.

There points plus system has stayed the same, they just revamped the program, logos etc. The new stuff in the program as the previous post stated by incorporating routines into your daily life.  (i.e. for the month of December our healthy routine was packing a healthy snack every day). Each month will be a new routine.

 Points plus is awesome because not only are you given a certain about of points per day, you have 49 extra points for the week and when you work out you earn activity points. When I first started WW, I was really super strict with myself and never used my extra points, but now with the holidays I am glad they are there because it gives you that cushion to use those points without feelings like you are "cheating". HTH!
