Dallas Catholic Churches?

Hello all!  My fiance and I are both Catholics, but are members of churches out of town where we grew up.  We are having our wedding in Dallas, and are looking for a church that will allow us to secure a date and hold our ceremony there without being members.

We have found a few, but are getting some pushback from some as well.  Do any of you know which churches in Dallas propers allow non-members to get married at their parish?

Thank you!

Are you looking strictly in Dallas ot the area?? St. Maria Goretti in Arlington, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in Keller. These are a few of the ones I've found, but I wasn't looking in Dallas more Fort Worth area.

Most churches will have you become members during the process of getting you prepared for marriage within their church. There is a lot of red tape and certain protocol to deal with, but the church does that to best prepare you for marriage and a to be a parish member.

We were married at St. Thomas Aquinas and became members in the process. We had recommendations from our former parishes as well that were out of town and/or out of state.

    There is also:

    Holy Trinity
    Prince of Peace (S. Dallas)
    Christ the King
Cathedral in Downtown (also probably one of the most strict churches within the Diocese)

We are getting married at the Cathedral and they do not require membership.  We have had no problem working with them at all.  They have the same basic requirements of any Catholic church.
