I ran 13 miles today .. totally ready for my 1/2 marathon next week!!! woooooohooooooo.
i want to get to 112 by sunday.i need to schedule a dress appt but i am scared. i had an eating disorder for ten years and i am afraid of having a melt down in the dressing room if i am not feeling good about my body..
i am finally finding balance with food and am losing the weight i had gained from stress eating (ful time work and grad schoool).
anyway i hope these 13 miles help me reach my weight goal
i am finally starting to feel good in my body!
