Morning everyone!
A frustrating morning here - even though I only went 300 calories over two days ago, and busted my butt on the treadmill yesterday, still up 1.2 lbs. Today is legs, back, and abs, so here's to hoping it's gone after that. Healthy eating has been going well, too.
