I need some advice from you ladies. I had my son in Aug. of 2011 and lost all the weight. I came back to working 3 night shifts a week (12hrs) and gained 20lbs. I have tried weight watchers, dukan, and just plan eating healthier. I have also tried different exercise programs. I just can't seem to get it off.
I will take any advice you have. I am gonna start a new exercise program this week.
