I have lost 4.5 pounds since Sunday! I credit this to SparkPeople. I had no idea how much I was eating.. I only worked out once this week, plan to do another 2 days- Friday and Saturday. My calories stayed between 1200 and 1500. It is probably water weight, but at least I am on the right track! 10-15 more to go!
