    this week at work is pretty much insane for me. working LONG LONG hours every day this week, then working friday 7pm-2am and saturday 6am-4pm. then on call for the rest of the weekend so no fun for me :( then working long hours next week too. i freaking hate my job.

    anywho...

  • Morning!  The weekend was so much fun and full of poor food options.  We went to MI and went to wineries and ate out every meal.  Even the meals where I tried really hard to pick something healthy, it's not as good as what I would make at home.  But we did get some good hiking in-and sand dunes are quite the workout!

    L: pork roast (4) yogurt (2)
    D: pork roast (4) with corn on the cob (1)
    S: something else.  Yogurt?

  • Morning, everyone! Hope you have a great week, Lisa! I had an okay weekend, but really stepped it up on the exercise end (16-mile bike ride!). The only drawback is that all the exercise makes me so exhausted.

  • Happy Wedding Week, Lisa!! I hope everything goes smoothly and you enjoy the days leading up to your wedding!

    Last week and this weekend weren't great for me workout wise or food wise.  I never went overboard, but I didn't choose well either.  I've been feeling a bit burnt out by the gym, so I didn't beat myself up over taking a few days off.  This week will be tough schedule-wise to workout, but I'm going to try!

    L: unknown, taking a client out to a bad restaurant, wish me luck....

  • I lost 1 lb at my WI this week. Hopefully it's truly breaking past my plateau I've had over the last month. I kept losing and gaining the same pound every week, but I finally went below that.
    DH has a job interview today!
