Still working on motivation!

B-Greek yogurt with honey and granola, black coffee
S-Veggies from veggie tray and 1 tbsp ranch, diet pepsi
L-Turkey, gravy, green beans, tiny amt of potatoes and stuffing (christmas at the office)
S-hopefully more veggies
D- burger (no bun) some kind of veggie, glass skim milk

E- day 23 30 day shred!
