Hello!
I LOVE yoga. It's my absolute favorite class offered at my gym. I love doing vinyasa, hot vinyasa, and even classes like BodyFlow.
I bought a Groupon back a few months ago for Bikram Yoga and I'm finally using it tonight. Does anyone have any tips or anything that I should know to be properly prepared? I'm really intimidated by this class for some reason and I know I probably shouldn't be.
