I was fighting off a horrible migraine last night and had pet issues so the gym didn't happen. I walked the dog early in the am yesterday and walked a TON of stairs during work. My head seems to be manageable now so tonight will definitely be a 3 miler. I am going back to my training week where the long run is 6 miles so I can get back into the groove before starting the 7 miler long run. How did you ladies do?
