TRX training is really tough, and you'll get a hell of a work out. So as long as your diet is healthy and you actually stick with it (as with anything it does get easier) you should do great. Good luck!

I do TRX 3 times a week and LOVE it! I have seen huge results since I started 3 months ago. It's tough but you burn a ton of calories! I wasn't overweight before I started but now have definition in my arms and legs. I highly recommend it!!! Good Luck!
