    Morning! I lost 2.8 lbs at WI this week, breaking me out of my plateau and bringing my total to 31.4 lbs lost!!!!!!!!!!! I'm thrilled!

    B: 2 sandwich thins (3.5), ff cream cheese (.5), sf jam (0)
    L: turkey, broccoli, and cheese wrap (5)
    S: sandwich thin (1), peanut butter (2.5)
    D: I'm requesting tacos at my parents' house - I've been craving them for about a week and a half! (?)

    E: walking (20 min), pilates class (1.5 hrs), elliptical (30 min), treadmill (30 min)
