I made it through, but I'm sore! I actually did more than the minimum in everything except the pull ups (I did 2 halves...so FI said to put I did 1), and surprisingly the jumping jacks killed me...I couldn't do 2 minutes. Guess the cardio is what I need. We will see how I am in 90 days!
