You would think the though of being in a wedding dress in front of all my closest friends and family would be enough, but I cant seem to push this weight thing for these last two months. I am not in bad shape, I just have the lower tummy and the back side of my thighs.
I want to improve these areas, but I work all the time and try to convice myself I look fine, and it will all be fine at the wedding. How can I change my mind set?
Do any ladies on here know some quick and easy quick things I can do here and there to tone up my mid section and the back side of my thighs (its weird, the front is toned and has muscle)?
