Morning ladies! I finally woke up head-ache free! Yay! I'm looking into the sleeping thing one of you suggested. To get up at 5:00am for a workout is tough, but I try to get to bed no later than 10:00. Its hard because I have a lot of evening activities that I do and many times don't even get home until around 9:00 or so. When I go to bed, I have no trouble falling asleep right away. Does 7 hours of sleep sound too little? How much do you all get? If I were to try and add more sleep, I might have to cut out my morning workout, which is dangerous for me cuz I'm not good about working out after work. I'll keep an eye on it. This week was the first week I had anything like that happen, so maybe it was just a fluke thing.
Anyways- trying to do better about my eating today. Was good yesterday until dinner, then went out with the hubby and didn't order very wisely.
