I'm feeling so down today. I have just over 4 months until the wedding and I feel like I'm never going to lose the weight I want. I'm 5'5" and I weight about 145 albs, but I look 130/135. I just can't get my self confidence up. I don't have the time to work out every day. I'm a full time student and I work. I don't have the money for workout equipment or a gym membership. I would love to work out outside, but I live in Michigan and winter will be here so soon. I try to watch what I eat, but when you have limited time and resources, you eat what's available.
What's the best way to lose about 15-20 lbs without skipping class to work out and starving myself? People have asked me if I'm pregnant.
You ladies are my only hope.
