Toning Legs

I have finally made it to my ideal weight but now would like to tone up! My wedding is 1 month, 3 weeks away and I feel that I would like to focus on my legs but realize it is all a packaged deal so now I need advice! What would you recommend for this close to the wedding and also needing to tone tone tone my legs! TIA

  • I've been doing the 30 day shred, and I really like and have had noticeable toning in my legs (arms and core too!).
  • Can't beat lunges for toning legs.  The 30 Day Shred does a lot of lunges.  I've been doing it for like 4 days now and I haven't noticed a huge change (duh, it's been four days), but it seems to feel like it's working. 
  • 30DS toned up my legs real quick! I lost a few inches!
  • lunges, squats and kick backs are the best. You should try the Tabata workouts - 20 sec excercise, 10 sec rest and repeat 8 times for a total of 4 minutes (they have iPhone app too)
    It makes the time go by faster and you will definitely feel it and see quick results.
  • You just need to do a variety of different workouts to exercise your whole body; that will give your body the boost in metabolism and increase your overall health, which will definitely pay off in "toning" specific areas.

    Do some yoga, cardio, weight training, and core work.
