Hi Everyone! I've become a lot more focused on losing the last chunk of weight I'd like to lose before our wedding, so I've decided to check this board out.
Wedding date: 11/02/2013, so I have loads of time
Weight loss/fitness goals: I gained 40+ pounds on the Mirena and after having it removed, I've lost about 35 of those pounds. I'd like to lose another 10 pounds before the wedding. I also really want to tone my arms, which are the only "ugly" spot on me.
Favorite cake flavor: Lemon!

Anything interesting about yourself: I dont particularly like sweets- I'm all about the savory foods.
Any question you might have: Any good suggestions for arm workouts? Specifically, can you recommend a DVD workout that is good for arms?
