  • That's weird.... I'm using my husband's computer because mine won't work, and my vballgirl78 name isn't showing up.  Anyway- that's me..... I don't know why its different.  I must have a second account somehow on his computer.  Hopefully I can get my computer working again.

  • Hi vball!  I was confused-like who's new and on top of it to start the morning thread?  2nd workout this week-maybe I'm finally getting back in the groove.  DH and I went out to dinner AGAIN last night, but I stayed on track-only sauteed calamari, grilled shrimp, and half of a crab cake for me (and some wine)-no fried food, nothing greasy!

    B: oatmeal with protein powder (4)-I'll give it a try, not sure if it'll be good or not.
    L: Potato soup (6)
    S: maybe a latte (3)-it's chilly at school
    D: for real this time, seriously-grilled shrimp (3.5) broccoli mac and cheese (5) maybe a salad (2)

    Total: 23.5
    Target: 21

    E: 45 min elliptical Level 4-almost back to my pre-wedding 1 hr at level 4.  woohoo!

  • Sorry I'm so late today. I had blood work this morning - the pre-fasting kind. So I didn't end up eating anything till much later than I'm used to after the appt was done. I'll find out my results at my doc appt next week.
