I have been slowly losing weight over the last year or so and would like to do a pilates video at home to help tone up. What pilates DVD is the best? Any suggestions/reviews would be great! Thanks!

    I've never found a pilates DVD I liked, but I LOVE Erin Huggins' youtube channel:

    Since its youtube, some of the videos are just demonstrations, then you can pause the video to finish the recommended number of repetitions. It's worth a look before you buy a DVD :)

    On Demand has a lot if you have Comcast or Verizon,
      You can try dozens of different trainers and videos and see what you like best.. and then can later buy the dvd.

    On Demand is the perfect thing for women these days.  They didn't have that back in the 90's.   I remember my mom would do her videos that aired on cable.. but they were always at the same time everyday on the channell. and you can't pause it if you need to.. and you are stuck with doing it at that certain time.

    On Demand is great.  I  can do a work out anytime of the day I want.
