Getting in Shape


So I have definitely been slacking over the holidays!! I finally got back into the gym today for about an hour. I need to get back to watching what I'm eating too. We had so many holiday events that temption got the best of me. FH and I have a wedding tomorrow so hopefully I can squeeze in a work out before then!! How has everyone else been doing with their work outs/eating habits over the holidays??

    I ate pretty poorly but I sort of accounted for that and made up for it with exercise as much as I could. I don't think I really de-railed too bad and I made sure when I got back home from visiting family that I got right back on the exercise trend. I don't want to lose steam/motivation!

    My only concern is New Years now - I think I'm going to just volunteer to be the DD so that the temptation to drink isn't even there.
