New Rules of Weightlifting for Women

Hi! I did a search for this - and saw that it hadn't been talked about in over 220 days (unless I searched wrong...which totally happens and I apologize.) So I wanted to see if anyone who's around here has done it or knows anything about this program? My old personal trainer loves it and suggested it, but I'm nervous. I really feel like I'd be jumping in and not having a clue what to do.
