B: overnight oats w/ almond milk, yogurt, chocolate protein powder, PB and 1/2 banana, coffee w/ skim milk
S: apple and PB
L: rye crackers w/ light cream cheese, red onion and smoked salmon topped w/ baby arugula
S: red pepper and hummus

E: I was a giant slacker this weekend, and while I did do a lot of work around the house, I skipped out on the gym. I think I'm bored with where I am in my program, so, I'm moving on to the next phase. So, I'll be doing FBB Defive Yourself Phase, Workout A1
