I'm almost 4 weeks in, and I've lost 18 pounds so far!
I want to get down to 130-135 pounds, but for now I'm going to stick with sixty pounds. I'm only six pounds away from my first goal weight, then my next goal is to loose sixty pounds, twenty at a time. I've decided to try on my dress two times a month to remind myself that I'm slowing fitting into it. I think it helps you get a visual of your own dress and that it's real.
