I've been waiting for Jenna...but maybe she got to sleep in today! :)

I hope everyone has a fun weekend to look forward too! My saturday is going to be busy with our annual spring football game and BF's BFF is throwing a belated bday/we got jobs party!

B: Green monster and 1 c cheerios with 1/2 c ff milk
S: apple
L: yummy yummy sandwich
D: TBD maybe some fish and veggies...who knows. I'm not cooking...I made the smoke detector go off yesterday.

E: C25K, weights and a NAP! hehe

  • I can't wait to get this test over with tomorrow.  It's seriously throwing me out of wack with everything.  My poor hand is cramped today from writing so many things out.

    On top of that, we're kicking off our wellness campaign at work today so I have to spend my lunch hour sitting in a big office room waiting for people to sign up.  At least we're bringing in a nutritionist, so I can bug her.

    B: Chocolate PB Banana shake, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: venti nonfat latte, mixed nuts
    L: TBD
    S: cashews
    D: TBD

    E: yet another rest day.  I tried running a bit last night and got to the end of the block before I was out of breath.  Boo.

  • I'm having dinner with a friend from high school tonight. I scoped out the menu and tracked the cals for that salad.. should keep me in my range for the day. Weigh in tomorrow morning so I don't want to overeat tonight! :-)

    b - kashi bar
    l - turkey & laughing cow on wheat sandwich thin, salad w/ ff dressing
    s - ff greek yogurt
    d - steak/asparagus/gorgonzola/other veggies salad
    s - strawberries

    e - 45 min treadmill/jillian dvds
  • Ohhhhh now I really want sushi! I'm coming up on a 5 day weekend, yippee! Just have to  make it to 5:30 today.

    B: scrambled egg w/ black beans and cheese on whole wheat toast
    S: protein shake
    L: leftover turkey enchiladas
    S: greek yogurt w/ blackberries
    D: out to Mexican restaurant, grilled chicken or salad, hopefully no chips!

  • COKristi, those eggs sound good! Like a little taste of Mexico. Or something.
    Tomorrow is my b-day, so tonight is dinner with the girls and tomorrow night dinner with the FI at my favorite steak place. Instead of bread, they have popovers with butter!  I've been dreaming about it for a week. Hope I can be good - the pants still feel looser today so that's an incentive to stay on track and indulge in a balanced way this wknd.
    B: 8:00 am work  mtg (gguuuh) so Corner Bakery swiss oatmeal w/black tea
    S: Carrots & hommus
    L: Simple salad & soup (wanna save room for tonight!)
    S: Maybe a few bites of mango and protein bar
    D: Scooped out the dinner menu to plan ahead: think I am going with a salad and then the roast chicken w/chard (as opposed to the risotto with pancetta that I really want.)
    E: Will try to do Day 2, Week 2 of C25K if I have enough time between getting out of work and going to dinner at 7!

  • Good morning all. I have my first actual run tomorrow since completing the c25k, its 4.2 miles, So far I can only do about 3, hoping that all of the people and adrenaline will get me through it.

    B: Uggg I went to burger king this morning, now I feel gross, oh well better c hoices the rest of the day.
    S. Skip since I ate so many calories for breakfast
    L: Tuna fish on multigrain sandwich thin.
    D: ??? Maybe sushi.

  • Little late - just got a catalog out the door so had to tie up some loose ends :)

    B - yogurt with half a banana
    S - rest of banana
    L - fresh mozzarella and roasted red pepper sandwich lettuce and little mayo
    S - clemetines
    D - healthy sloppy joe on small portion of cornbread

    E - ran 2 miles on my lunch break (first time my legs could do it in 3 years :) ); playing in alumni lax game later tonight as well.  So excited!

  • Sorry guys!! Im late! they moved our computers today to our new office so I couldn't get online....wish I was seeping in Kelsey!  ;P

    B- 2 eggs, wheat sand thin, slice cheese, coffee
    S- greek yogurt with almonds
    L- light wheat wrap with grilled chx,baby spin, light dressing
    D- going to dinner with friends..Mediterranean salad baby!  (and wine)

    E- yesterdays workout since I decided to sleep instead of workout yesterday.
