We did little things - zippo lighters for the guys who smoke, and pocket knives for the ones who don't.  We had all engraved with their initials.  They seemed to like them...

This is what DH got his guys.  Not sure if your guys are big drinks but there are all kinds of different glasses on there.  Here is the one DH got...

I could not convince Ben to get them gifts no matter how hard I tried.  He said he had never heard of this and that I was crazy.  But, we paid for their tuxes so I finally just gave up.

That is awesome. I know two of the GMs would love to have those!

Chris is still working on this.  We purchased their ties and he is thinking of getting custom chucks... we'll see if he gets around to ordering them next month.

We got them cowboy boot mugs. The boys have all been in at least 4 weddings (group of 7 of them) so all the traditional stuff was already given to them at some point. We will have it engraved. He just wants to figure out what he wants to put on it.

He got them all something small and personal as well as a gift card to their favorite stores.

3 out of 5 of them like to shop more than I do though, so... yeah.

Lauren - I looked at doing the customized Converse but I wasn't sure if we should do them before hand or let them choose what they want then let us order them.

Stephie - I was also thinking of paying for their suits.  None of them wear suits for work, so this could be an option.  (I also had to convince my FI we should get them gift.  But I think his reasoning was he just didn't want to have to make a decision on anything wedding related)

Where did you have them engraved?  I've never used an engraving service.  Other than Things Remembered online.

I didn't know Things Remembered had an actual store!

Sorry for the multiple posts.  I'm scattered today.

How long did it take to get your order in?

Hee, Ben went along with almost everything but he wouldn't budge on this one!  His GMs were his brother and best friend and I think he just felt like it was too girly to give them a gift.

Since we're such foodies, we got each one a wooden cutting board with their initial burned in it.  Went over pretty well.

Then we just bought our ushers their ties.

It probably took 2-3 days.  It was all very easy and convenient.  DH wears ties every single day and is quite picky when it comes to ties.  He loved them!  The best part is that they are only $15.  So, I ordered a few to check colors and DH just kept what we didn't use for the wedding.  Honestly - $15 is a STEAL.  Plus, like I said, they are good quality.

We're planning on giving them a popcorn containter filled with mini alcohol bottles, nerf guns, candy, cokes, popcorn and socks and possibly ties.

I hoping that Colton gets some neat pictures with the nerf guns!
