Hi ladies! I hope you are all doing well. I need your help!
We are starting a diet and exercise 10-week challenge at work and I'm the captain of our team. It's only four us from our department (3 girls, 1 guy) and I need some ideas for weekly challenges. So far I have:
- Week 1: Goals: What are your goals for this 10-Week program?
- Week 2: Water: Drink half your body weight in ounces in water each day (i.e. 150 lbs = 75 oz)
- Week 3: Fiber: Up your fiber intake each day
- Week 4: Fruits & Veggies: Eat fruits & veggies with each meal
- Week 5: Movement: Get 30 minutes of activity in each day
- Week 6: Read Labels: Know what you're putting in your body
- Week 7: New: Try a new fitness activity
I need three more week challenges. Along with these challenges, I'm planning to send out a healthy recipe and some interesting fitness/health related article each week. I've got the articles and recipes down for the most part, but I'm struggling with the last three challenges.
Can you ladies help me out? Anything you'd want to try if you were doing something like this?
