Thanksgiving Accountablilty

I actually have to work today from 7am-7pm. Hopefully it is an easy day. I even forgot to pack my lunch.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE

B- Kashi go lean cereal w/ skim milk, banana
S- 100 cal cottage cheese double
L- idk depends what is open, most likely McDonalds or chinese
S- apple, wasabi peas
D- my mom pushed back our family dinner so I could be there so turkey and all the fixings

E- none right after dinner we hit the road on our way to Florida.

  • It's just normal old Thursday for me, but happy Thanksgiving to those of you celebrating!

    B:  1.5 whole wheat english muffins w/ a bit of butter and natural PB, banana, coffee w/ skim milk
    S: apple and string cheese
    L: free BBQ at work, so, chicken burger and fruit.  and cookies
    S: greek yogurt w/ a bit of honey, some sort of fruit
    D: either leftovers or eggs, or a combination of the two

    E: FBB Dial It In phase - workout B1
    PW: chocolate raspberry protein shake

  • Happy Thanksgiving!!!

    B- light multigrain english muffin with a little butter, one hard boiled egg white
    S- banana and string cheese
    L&D- Turkey and allll the trimmings.. we are eating at 3 so this will count as lunch and dinner for me
    Dessert- homemade apple pie and pumpkin, small sliver of each!


    E- Day 28 of 30 DS!

  • My eating is going to be weird today, or at least at weird times.

    B: coffee with almond milk
    Brunch (just had): tofu scramble and homemade biscuits
    Late Lunch: Celebration Roast (it's a vegan grain "meat"), homemade mashed potatoes, gravy, and some kind of veggie
    S: fruit
    D: oatmeal with almond milk

    E: P90X Back and Biceps, and possibly some cardio, but I may just consider shopping my cardio. :)
  • Happy Thanksgiving! Not sure why I'm even writing this out today, because the day is going to be a mess, health-wise. But after 10 weeks of strict bodybugg wearing and calorie counting, I'm going to enjoy it. I'm doing all the cooking, so I have to taste my creations!

    B- Cornbread
    S- Maybe a nibble of whatever I'm cooking
    L- Appetizers- fruit tray, bacon wrapped scallops, artichoke dip, etc.
    S- See above
    D- Turkey breast, mashed potatoes, green beans, sweet potato casserole, cranberry sauce, rolls
    S- A little slice of each- pumpkin cheesecake, apple pie, pecan pie

    E- Zumba class at the gym, standing on my feet cooking all day
