Getting in Shape

Insanity Month 2

Ok Ladies, I have finished my first month and recovery week of Insanity. Now, here comes the tough part...the workouts are longer and more intense. I am hoping that the chunk will melt away because I have not lost any weight but I know that I have lost inches. Even more than weight loss, I am hoping for a more toned looking body. My legs are there, just waiting for the waist to catch up, lol.

Does anyone know what I should expect going into month 2?
