Yay..it's Saturday!! Not much going on today besides working out and heading to Charlotte to go grocery shopping. Trader Joe's and Earth Fare, here I come!!

B: coffee with light chocolate soy milk
S: peach
L: veggie sushi from TJ's
S: protein shake
D: veggie Manwich with 1/2 bun, hm potato wedges, veggies
S: have no idea yet

E: Jillian's fat blasting metabolism dvd (or whatever it's called)

    B- oatmeal
    L- half a bowl of soup, kids sized mac and cheese
    S- other half of bowl of soup
    D- boneless pork chops, rice and veggies and applesauce
    S- maybe a 100 cal ice cream bar

    E- no official exercise planned. Went to a work detail at the firehouse and pulled 5 inch hose around and going to start housework in a little while.
  • Umm...today isn't going quite as well as during the week. Darn these weekends!
