My first day of trying....

OxyElite Pro!

Has anyone ever tried this? I am not usually into diet supplements and things of that nature. But ive been working out and dieting for months with very little weight change. I decided i needed a boost. I liked this one becasue its only an 8 week thing...not a forever thing.

Just wondering if anyone else has tried it and was sucessful/unsucessful?

  • " thermogenic fat burners" are crap.  You might be doing you body a serious diddervice by using them at all.

Maybe tell us what exactly you've been doing for diet and exercise and perhaps we can help you see a problem if there is one.
  • I agree with Anna. I wouldn't use any pills. What do you think will happen when your 8 weeks are up? You will gain the weight back. :(

  • Eat a whole-foods, plant based diet - lots of whole grains, legumes, nuts, and fresh vegetables. I recently cut out meat and dairy and my skin has cleared up and I have a much more energy and motivation to work out. I'm not saying to do what I did (it was kinda drastic), but I would replace a good portion of meat, cheese, and processed foods with additional veggies and whole grains... It really does wonders!

  • Thanks for all the input! Its really hard to for me to change my diet up, I have alot of stomach issues which doesent allow me to have alot of greens, dairy and grains. I have to eat a pretty blan diet, and theres alot of plain foods that arent so good for you. I try as best I can to be healthy about it and I work out 4-6 times a week.
  • I used Oxyelite last year and it helped me lose weight, but I did gain most of it back after I stopped using it. Also, it made me very jittery and nervous, and I had racing thoughts and it was just kind of crazy. It helps cut your appetite out but it's not a long-term solution. The only way to lose weight and keep it off is to burn more calories than you're taking in.

  • Since you aren't able to switch your diet up very much, try switching up your workout routine. I'm not sure what you've been doing but if you have stuck to the same routine for months, your body has become used to the workouts. Try attending different classes (yoga, spin, zumba) and try doing different weight. I would start there instead of taking diet pills. There's really no magic pill that will make you lose weight forever without seriously damaging your insides. Look into a personal trainer who can offer you good advice about switching up your routine.
